Details about what types of information we collect, why we collect it and what it is used for.
Personal Details: For the primary use of staying in contact with our membership, and for the mailing (post & email) of information and publications of the society. We would ask that you include your STD area code on all phone numbers
Previous Address: If you become uncontactable by the society, your address, will be moved into a last known address area, to allow cross referencing of other returned materials
Society Details: for the administration of your membership by the society
Agent Details: As an alternate way of contacting you if we loose contact with you at your last known address. Also a way of contacting you if you are out of the country or if required for photos or other publicity requirements
Picture Upload Facility: This will be used where required for publicity, AC Magazine and website, by the society. Please upload in JPEG format.
Cinematography Strand: To enable us to get a better idea of the background of our membership base
Personal Information given to the Society is available only for Society use, and is not available or distributed to third-parties.
